Manufacturing Incentives definition

Manufacturing Incentives means the financial incentives, from time to time determined and payable by OTS to the RPM to support the manufacturing of Manufactured Products;

Examples of Manufacturing Incentives in a sentence

  • RPM agrees that it shall have no entitlement to Manufacturing Incentives in respect of any TDP which is utilized for any Non-approved Use.

  • Manufacturing Incentives contemplated by this Agreement for payment to the RPM shall be based on the Manufacturing Incentives included in the Plan, as amended from time to time.
