Manufacturing Law definition
Manufacturing Law has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a). 1.108. “[***]” means any pharmaceutical product that contains as an active ingredient a [***] that exerts its primary pharmacological activity by binding to a [***]. The term “[***]” shall not include, with respect to AstraZeneca, the Licensed Products, or, with respect to Nektar, Reversion Products in Terminated Countries.
