Manufacturing License definition

Manufacturing License shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2.
Manufacturing License means all licenses necessary for or in connection with the Manufacture of the Intermediate Product at the Manufacturing Site(s).
Manufacturing License has the meaning specified in Section 3.6(d).

More Definitions of Manufacturing License

Manufacturing License means any license as granted by the Regulatory Authority to Pacira or the Third Party Manufacturer in the applicable territory to manufacture the Licensed Product.
Manufacturing License has the meaning attributed to that term in section 2.12.1.1 of this AGREEMENT;

Manufacturing License shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12.
