Manufacturing Package definition

Manufacturing Package means all Information and instructions necessary to enable a third party to manufacture the Product if permitted pursuant to this Agreement.
Manufacturing Package means all of the documentation including all Updates thereto necessary for the manufacture of the Products. The Manufacturing Package shall include without limitation the items set forth in Exhibit C-1.
Manufacturing Package means the manufacturing documentation for the @ROAD Hardware provided by @ROAD to Intel pursuant to Section 2.2 below, as identified in Exhibit A attached hereto, including revisions to other manufacturing documentation ("Engineering Change Order" or "ECO") made by @ROAD.

  • VENDOR agrees to update the "Manufacturing Package" as necessary to keep the package current with the latest version of the Products delivered to GTECH under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Manufacturing Package

Manufacturing Package the specifics of the SSI application and adaptation of the TPF process, including but not limited to machinery and software and design, to produce the Product.
Manufacturing Package means the product and process related information set forth to "Exhibit A".

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

"Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.
