For the avoidance of doubt, neither this Agreement nor the Manufacturing Preparation and Services Agreement shall terminate upon such event.

Catalent shall own and have sole title to the Manufacturing Preparation and other assets acquired or otherwise resulting from the Manufacturing Preparation.
Palatin shall have the right to inspect the Facility, subject to any confidentiality obligations that Catalent has in relation to other customers, and the activities being performed in connection with the Services and/or the Manufacturing Preparation Plan upon giving reasonable prior written notice and during normal business hours.
