Examples of Manufacturing Preparation in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, neither this Agreement nor the Manufacturing Preparation and Services Agreement shall terminate upon such event.

  • From the effective date of any amendment, Contractor shall follow the amendments required by any change in California statute or regulation.

  • In the event that Palatin enters into a marketing and/or licensing agreement with a third party pursuant to which agreement such third party acquires the right to market, sell and have sold the Product (i) within North America (comprising at least the United States of America) or (ii) worldwide, then the terms of Clause 3.3 of the Manufacturing Preparation and Services Agreement shall apply.

  • In the event of a Change of Control of Palatin, then the terms of Clause 3.4 of the Manufacturing Preparation and Services Agreement shall apply.

  • This Agreement, together with the Manufacturing Preparation and Services Agreement, the Quality Agreement and each Purchase Order, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and supersedes any contracts, agreements or understandings (oral or written) of the parties, with respect to the subject matter hereof, including, for avoidance of doubt, that certain quotation letter (QTE- BRU 2012 059J) signed 12th October 2012 and the Binding Terms.

  • Upon request by Client, Catalent shall provide Client with copies of relevant documentation with respect to the Manufacturing Preparation.

  • Catalent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the costs associated with the implementation of the Manufacturing Preparation.

  • Client shall have the right to inspect the Manufacturing Preparation upon providing [***] prior written notice to Catalent and during normal business hours.

  • Catalent shall own and have sole title to the Manufacturing Preparation and other assets acquired or otherwise resulting from the Manufacturing Preparation.

  • Palatin shall have the right to inspect the Facility, subject to any confidentiality obligations that Catalent has in relation to other customers, and the activities being performed in connection with the Services and/or the Manufacturing Preparation Plan upon giving reasonable prior written notice and during normal business hours.
