Manufacturing Procedures means the activities, processes, procedures and instructions provided to Laureate by Cytogen pursuant to paragraph 6(a) hereof and to be utilized by Laureate in the production of CYT-351, Filled ProstaScint Product and Filled Sodium Acetate Product.

Manufacturing Procedures means (i) the CytRx manufacturing procedures used to make the Copolymer and (ii) the form of master batch record for the Copolymer.

Manufacturing Procedures means the precise, written records of the Manufacturing Process for the Intermediate(s) and Product(s), mutually developed and agreed to by the Parties and which may be modified from time to time as agreed to in writing by the Parties.

Manufacturing Procedures means the manufacturing procedures used by Shasun: (i) to manufacture the Developed Products, such procedures to be conducted in accordance with (A) cGMPs; (B) Shasun's standard operating procedures as previously disclosed to Alpharma and (C) the form of master batch records for each Developed Product in the form approved by Alpharma and such regulatory authority as may be applicable, whether or not such procedures or batch records also constitute Manufacturing Information; or (ii) to manufacture the API, such procedures to be conducted in accordance with (A) cGMPs; (B) the Specifications and, (C) Shasun's standard operating procedures as previously disclosed to Alpharma.

Manufacturing Procedures means the manufacturing procedures used by Orchid to manufacture the Products.

Manufacturing Procedures means the proprietary good manufacturing practices procedures of ACT relating to the manufacture of Devices. As used throughout this Agreement, Manufacturing Procedures shall mean the then most current procedures and other information relating to the manufacture of Devices.
