Staff Vetting Procedures definition

Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

Staff Vetting Procedures will mean the Customer’s procedures for the vetting of personnel as advised to the Supplier by the Customer;

Sub-Contractor means any supplier selected, appointed and managed by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-8, including the Sub-Contractors specified in Schedule 2-8. The terms “Sub-Contract” and “Sub-Contracting” shall be similarly construed.
Staff Vetting Procedures means any Customer's procedures and departmental policies for the vetting of personnel as set out by the Customer in the Order Form or elsewhere in the Call Off Contract;
