MAQUILA AGREEMENT definition
MAQUILA AGREEMENT means the Assembly (Maquila) and Technical Assistance Agreement, dated August 31, 2006, between DJO, LLC, and DJ Orthopedics de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
MAQUILA AGREEMENT shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
