  • If the Marco Purchaser makes the Additional Deposit or completes the purchase of the Marco Hotel pursuant to the terms of the Marco Agreement prior to termination of this Agreement pursuant to the preceding sentence, then Parent shall cease to have the right to deliver a Marco Termination Notice, any Marco Termination Notice that has been delivered previously shall be deemed to be rescinded automatically, and Parent shall cease to have any right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section 6.2(a).
