Margin Loan Borrowers definition

Margin Loan Borrowers means, pursuant to the Margin Loans, entities that are affiliates of, or formed for the benefit of, certain of our shareholders including, without limitation, entities that are affiliates of, or formed for the benefit of, the Investors.
Margin Loan Borrowers means the borrowers under the Margin Loans from time to time, including, without limitation, entities that are affiliates of, or formed for the benefit of, certain of the Investors.

Related to Margin Loan Borrowers

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.

  • Committed Lender means, as to any Lender Group, each of the financial institutions listed on Schedule I as a “Committed Lender” for such Lender Group, together with its respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans.
