If on any Banking Day the aggregate Market Value of the Securities and Cash Collateral with respect to any repurchase transaction is less than the Margin Percentage of the Repurchase Price (calculated as if the Repurchase Date were such Banking Day) for such transaction, Repo Custodian shall promptly, but in any case no later than 10:00 a.m. the following Banking Day, notify Seller.
