marked gas oil means the gas oils falling within headings 2710 19 41, 2710 19 45 and 2710 19 49 marked with the fiscal marker specified in Commission Decision 2001/574/EC establishing a common fiscal marker for gas oils and kerosene;
marked gas oil means gas oil to which the markers prescribed in Regulation 29 have been added;
