Market Officer definition

Market Officer means the person appointed by the Council to exercise general management, supervision and control of the market place or his duly authorised representative;
Market Officer means the person or persons appointed by the council to exercise general management, supervision and control of a market;
Market Officer means the person for the time being designated by the Council as holding the post of Markets Manager or Markets Officer.
