Examples of Market Reduction in a sentence
No Advance shall be required to be made by a Lender if, after giving effect to each applicable Money Market Reduction in effect immediately prior to such Advance (and to the application of the proceeds of such Advance), the aggregate Advances of any Lender would exceed the amount permitted by the prior sentence.

In that example the following royalties would be payable prior to application of any Market Reduction: Assume that in country X during the first *** a Competing Product had commenced sales in country X, and in the first Calendar Quarter of *** achieved the criteria to trigger a Market Reduction under Section 8.2.3 (Rate Step Down for Competing Product Entrants).
Promptly after receipt by the Agent of the notice of acceptance from the Borrowers pursuant to this subsection (f), the Agent will notify each Lender of the amount of the Money Market Borrowing and the amount of the consequent pro rata Money Market Reduction in its Commitment and the dates upon which such Money Market Reduction commenced and will terminate.
