Examples of Market Services in a sentence

  • In performing the Money Market Services, the Administrator shall be protected in acting upon any instructions, notice, request, consent, certificate or other instrument or paper reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been properly executed by or on behalf of the Trust.

  • The Trust understands that the nature of the Money Market Services provided under this Agreement are distinct from the services provided under any other agreement between State Street Bank and Trust Company and the Trust, including any custody, fund accounting or transfer agency services agreements and, consequently, the terms of this Agreement rather than such other agreements shall govern the delivery of the Money Market Services.

  • The ISO shall be the sole point of Application for all Market Services provided in the NYCA.

  • The ISO shall provide all Market Services in accordance with the terms of the ISO Services Tariff and the ISO Related Agreements.

Related to Market Services

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.
