Market Transactions definition

Market Transactions means all transactions relating to financial products on a relevant Market effected by or through us, including without limitation any Cash Market Transaction or Options Market Transaction.
Market Transactions means a transaction entered into on a Market or reported to a Market under the applicable Trading Rules.
Market Transactions. Party A shall not, and shall cause WDR as its selling agent not to, sell any Purchased Shares, Payment Shares or Make-whole Shares otherwise than in ordinary trading transactions for purposes of Rule 100 of Regulation M.

  • All amounts received by or due to Owner’s Scheduling Coordinator in connection with Market Transactions and Nonmarket Transactions during the Billing Month (“Scheduling Coordinator Revenues”) shall be subtracted from the amount otherwise due under each RMR Invoice.
