Market Vendor definition

Market Vendor means any Vendor with similar service levels and performance standards as the services included in this Agreement, that offers to provide reasonably similar service to AOL in a manner which is not illegal. Furthermore, said Vendor must offer to provide AOL, over a period of no less than 12 months, with at least thirty percent (30%) of AOL's incremental increase Dedicated Modem requirements over such period.
Market Vendor understands that APC has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt, the festival weekend, and participants shall hold APC harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event. APC does not refund booth fees due to weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention.
Market Vendor means a person or business who will be renting a space and selling items at the municipally run Arnprior Market.

Market Vendor means an individual, association or corporation (including, but not limited to, any partnership, society, club, joint-stock company, estate, receiver, trustee, assignee, or referee, and any combination of individuals acting as a unit) with a currently enforceable contract or agreement with the market manager and engaged in selling any good in or about the Eastern Market Square and includes any artist, any crafter, any farmer and any merchant.
