Marketable Equity Securities definition

Marketable Equity Securities means shares of common equity securities listed on a U.S. national securities exchange or quoted on the Nasdaq National Market.
Marketable Equity Securities means shares of Capital Stock of any Person that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the national market tier of The Nasdaq Stock Market and, upon receipt by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary, such shares are freely tradeable under the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws and are so listed or included for trading privileges.
Marketable Equity Securities means, at any time, any equity securities listed on a national securities exchange located in the United States or quoted on the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. quotation system for which valuations are available on such exchange or from such quotation system at such time.
