Marketing Data definition

Marketing Data means the data relating to and/or comprised of target market information, segmentation and response measurement for market analysis.
Marketing Data has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11.3. (eee) “Material Subcontractor” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1(d).
Marketing Data means and refer to customer lists, affiliate lists, channel partner relationships, or methods and strategies related to the marketing of Client’s products or services.

Examples of Marketing Data in a sentence

  • Customer has obtained all consents, licenses, rights, authorizations, and/or permits and has provided all disclosures and notices/notifications required (including without limitation under Marketing, Data Protection, or Monitoring Laws) for or in connection with Customer Use or related to Registration Information or any personal data therein.

  • All reports, forecasts and plans generated by or for Selfcare with respect to the HIV Product and provided to ChemTrak under this Article 6 (collectively, the "Marketing Data") shall constitute Confidential Information of Selfcare, as defined under Article 8 hereof.

  • Such Marketing Data shall be kept confidential in accordance with Article 8 but may be used by ChemTrak, only with express written consent from Selfcare, not to be unreasonably withheld, in connection with the commercialization of HIV Products.

  • All personally identifying data or information (e.g., name, address, e-mail address) collected from Eligible Employees during the Registration Process will constitute "Registration Data." Registration Data does not include any Marketing Data.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Marketing Data will be deemed the Confidential Information of PeoplePC.

  • All aggregated data or information collected from Eligible Employees from their use of the PeoplePC Solution including their use of the Buyers Club will constitute "Marketing Data." Marketing Data does not include any data that personally identifies an Eligible Employee.

  • Customer has obtained all consents, licenses, rights, authorisations, and/or permits and has provided all disclosures and notices/notifications required (including without limitation under Marketing, Data Protection, or Monitoring Laws) for or in connection with Customer Use or related to Registration Information or any personal data therein.

  • PeoplePC shall not use the Marketing Data in a manner which would identify in the aggregate the participation of Eligible Employees in the Ford Employee Connectivity Program or spending behavior of Eligible Employees as distinct from other users of PeoplePC.

  • As between FP and Client, Client retains all ownership, interest, and title in and to the Marketing Data.

  • Subject to Section 7, FP shall not divulge, sell, share, or otherwise make available any Marketing Data to any third party.


More Definitions of Marketing Data

Marketing Data has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2. ---------------
Marketing Data means all information and data, except Know-How, that is generated during and after the Option Period in connection with the evaluation of the marketability of the OT-[*] Products, including, but not limited to, positioning concepts, advertising concepts, promotion plans, pricing analyses, market expansion plans, consumer attitude studies, consumer usage studies, volumetric data, packaging design concepts, and market simulation studies.
Marketing Data means information on weight and value of prawn and prawn products sold, purchased, traded, exported or used for any other commercial purpose;
Marketing Data has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(b).
Marketing Data means the information relating to AZLAD Products listed in Schedule 4, Part C.

Related to Marketing Data

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning given to it in NI 41-101;

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Marketing Material means customary bank books (including a customary “public” and “private side” version), information or offering memoranda, rating agency presentations and other information packages regarding the business, operations and financial condition and prospects of the Assets and Assumed Liabilities, including all information relating to the transactions contemplated hereunder.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
