The Marketing and Promotional Plan for subsequent Contract Years will be developed in a timely manner by the Marketing Team and attached hereto as Exhibit C. The Marketing Team shall meet regularly as needed. Any disagreement within the Marketing Team shall be referred to the Operations Committee for resolution.
