Marriott Companies definition

Marriott Companies means Manager, Marriott, and any Affiliate of Manager or Marriott.
Marriott Companies means Marriott International, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Marriott") and (i) any Subsidiary or Affiliated Person of Marriott, (ii) a partnership in which Marriott, or any Subsidiary or Affiliated Person of Marriott, is a general partner, and (iii) any limited liability company in which Marriott or a any Subsidiary or Affiliated Person of Marriott is a managing member.

  • These programs or activities may be on a local, regional or national basis or based on the market orientation of System hotels, and they may include participation by other lodging products of the Marriott Companies.

  • All Software used at the Hotel which is owned by any of the Marriott Companies (or any Affiliates thereof) or the licensor of any of them is proprietary to such Marriott Company (or such Affiliate) or the licensor of any of them, and shall in all events remain the exclusive property of such Marriott Company (or such Affiliate) or the licensor of any of them, as the case may be, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer on Owner the right to use any of such Software.

  • Submanager shall have the right to remove from the Hotel without compensation to Primary Manager, Owner or Wyndham any Software (including upgrades and replacements), including, without limitation, Software in general use throughout the Marriott System, which is owned by any of the Marriott Companies (or any Affiliates thereof) or the licensor of any of them.

  • All Software used at the Hotel which is owned by any of the Marriott Companies (or any Affiliates thereof) or the licensor of any of them is proprietary to such Marriott Company (or such Affiliate) or the licensor of any of them, and shall in all events remain the exclusive property of such Marriott Company (or such Affiliate) or the licensor of any of them, as the case may be, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer on Owner or Lessee the right to use any of such Software.

Related to Marriott Companies

  • Operating Companies means EAI, EMI, ELI and ENOI, each being an "Operating Company".

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Group Companies means, collectively, the Company and each of its Subsidiaries.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Target Companies has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Marriott means Marriott International, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.8.

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Restricted companies means companies that boycott Israel.

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.
