MASIMO SET definition

MASIMO SET as defined in Exhibit A) MASIMO SET(R) incorporates circuitry and software which, among other things, acquires and detects signals generated by red and infrared LEDs, and which is designed to extract oxygen saturation and pulse rate values from such signals.
MASIMO SET has the meaning set forth in Exhibit A.
MASIMO SET or “SET” means Masimo’s proprietary algorithms and methodology for SpO2 Measurement.
