Massachusetts SAP definition

Massachusetts SAP means the statutory accounting and actuarial principles and practices prescribed or permitted by the Insurance Division for Massachusetts domestic life insurance companies.
Massachusetts SAP means the statutory accounting principles and practices prescribed by the Insurance Department of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as applied on a basis consistent with those utilized in the preparation of Annual Statements for the 2002 fiscal year.
Massachusetts SAP means the statutory accounting principles and practices prescribed or permitted by the Insurance Department of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as applied on a basis consistent with those utilized in the preparation of 1996 Annual Statements of PRL and PRV.
