Massage technician definition

Massage technician means any person, not otherwise regulated under Ch. 448 Wis. Stats., who administers a massage for a consideration; whether or not they are employed in a massage establishment.

Massage technician means any person who administers massages, baths or health treatments involving massage or baths as the principal functions to another person for any consideration whatsoever.

Massage technician means a person who is licensed by the state of Utah to engage in or to teach the practice of massage for a fee, for a gratuity, or for a free demonstration.

Massage technician means any person, including a trainee, who engages in the business of performing massage services on or for other persons by use of any or all of the treatments, techniques, or methods of treatment referred to in the definition of massage or massage service.
