A relative is defined as: spouse, child, step-child, parent, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in- law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent or grandchild.d. GRANTEE shall not use Grant funds to make any payments to an organization which has in common with GRANTEE either: a) owners or partners who directly or indirectly own ten percent (10%) or more of the voting interest of the organization; and/or b) directors, officers or others with authority to establish policies and make decisions for the organization.4. RELATED PARTIES:a. GRANTEE shall not use Grant funds to make any payments to related parties without the prior written consent of DWS. GRANTEE is obligated to notify DWS of any contemplated related party payment prior to making a purchase. Payments made by GRANTEE to related parties without prior written consent may be disallowed and may result in an overpayment assessment.b.
