MassDevelopment definition
MassDevelopment means Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.
MassDevelopment. – means the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency or its authorized successor, and is the person or entity identified in the above recitations, and includes MassDevelopment’s representative(s).
MassDevelopment s Program” – means the initial description of MassDevelopment’s objectives that shall include budgetary and time criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements.

MassDevelopment. The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, as defined on page 1 of this Contract.
MassDevelopment means the body politic and corporate created under Section 2 of Chapter 23G of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts known as the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, the Agency Defendants, and its current and future officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns.
