Master Facility Agreement definition

Master Facility Agreement means this Agreement (but excluding the Facility Specific Terms).

Master Facility Agreement means the agreement entered into between Bangladesh Bank and PFIs setting out the general conditions in respect of the Facility Loans.

Master Facility Agreement means the Agreement entered into between the Bank and the Customer in relation to the Facility on the date stated in Section 12 of the First Schedule.

Master Facility Agreement means the master facility agreement entered into on or around 16 December 2019 between the Issuer and the Borrower (as amended from time to time);
