Each Master Global Note and Master Global Note Certificate, if any, will be signed electronically or manually by or on behalf of the Issuer.
Subject to Clause 3.5 (Master Global Note Certificate), following receipt of a faxed copy of a Note Supplement signed by the Master Issuer, the Master Issuer authorises the Registrar, and the Registrar agrees, on behalf of the Master Issuer to prepare a Global Note Certificate in respect of each Series and Class of Issuer Notes specified in such Note Supplement by attaching a copy of the Note Supplement to a copy of the signed master Global Note Certificate.
