Master Lease ALR definition
Master Lease ALR means that certain Master Lease Assignment of Leases and Rents and Security Agreement, dated the date hereof, executed and delivered by Master Tenant in favor of Borrower, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Except pursuant to the Master Lease ALR, there has been no prior sale, transfer or assignment, hypothecation or pledge of the Master Lease, any Lease, the rents payable under the Master Lease, or of the Rents received under the Leases which is outstanding.
Borrower is the holder of an assignee’s interest of the Rents from Leases pursuant to the Master Lease ALR.
