Master LP Agreement definition
Master LP Agreement means the agreement establishing the Master LP made as of February 9, 2011 between the Trust and the Master GP;
Master LP Agreement means the limited partnership agreement of the Master LP, dated July, 2013, between the Master LP, the General Partner and DPI, providing for the organization and operation of the Master LP amongst the parties.
Master LP Agreement means the agreement establishing the Master LP made as of July 31, 2014 between the Initial Limited Partner and the Master GP, as may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented by the initial Closing or otherwise from time to time;
