Master mechanic definition

Master mechanic means any of the following:
Master mechanic when used herein means a mechanic who is a member of I.U.O.E. Local 132 and who directs those workers who are members of the Operating Engineers.
Master mechanic means a motor vehicle mechanic or specialty mechanic who is certified by the department pursuant to this act in all of the specific repair categories.
