Master Media definition

Master Media means the Software dexxxxred to Customer for the purpose of mass duplication in accordance with Section 2.0 ("Binary License Rights; Terms and Conditions") herein.
Master Media means the original reproducible media to be used by Vendor to reproduce the contents of each Adobe Product Package, including, but not limited to, CD, disk, film and paper.
Master Media means the Binary Product delivered to Customer for the purpose of mass duplication in accordance with Section 2.0 herein. 1.14 "Packaged Product" means the Binary Product, including End User Documentation, delivered to Customer in prepackaged (shrink-wrap) form. 1.15 "Price List" means the then current, geographical specific release of the Sun Software OEM and Reseller License Fee and Royalty Schedule at the time of execution of this Agreement including any subsequent price changes made by Sun pursuant to Section 4.4. 1.16 "Product Release" means a release of a Product which is designated by Sun in its sole discretion as a change in the digit(s) to the left of the decimal point in the Product version number [(x).x.x]. 1.17 "Royalty Bearing Event" means the license, grant of right to use, or other authorized transfer of the Binary Product (or any portion thereof) by Customer, Distributors or their distributors. There will be only one (1) Royalty Bearing Event for each Binary Product shipped. 1.18 "Product(s)" means the Binary Product initialed on Attachment 2 hereto. 1.19. "Tax" means sales, use, rental, receipt, personal property, value-added, consumption, goods and services, or other tax which may be levied or assessed in connection with this Agreement, excluding tax based on Sun's income. 1.20 "Update" means a release of a Product which is designated by Sun in its sole discretion as a change in the digit(s) to the right of the tenths digit in the Product version number [x.x.(x)]. 1.21 "Version Release" means a release of a Product which is designated by Sun in its sole discretion as a change in the tenths digit in the Product version number [x.(x).xl.

Examples of Master Media in a sentence

  • Customer is authorized to distribute Software binaries duplicated from Master Media only.

  • Customer may reprint documentation included on Master Media only.

  • Sun shall deliver Master Media to Customer following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Vendor agrees that it will not make or have made, or permit to be made, any copies of Documentation, Master Media, Inventory, Proprietary Rights, Proprietary Information, and related materials or any portions thereof, except as necessary for the reproduction of the Adobe Product Packages in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and will disclose Proprietary Information only as permitted in Section 9 ("Proprietary Rights").

  • Adobe retains sole ownership of the Documentation, Master Media, Inventory, Proprietary Rights, Proprietary Information, and related materials, including but not limited to those used by Vendor to produce the Adobe Product Packages, as well as to all Adobe Product Packages produced by Vendor under this Agreement.
