Master Note definition

Master Note means a Master Promissory Note in the form mandated by Section 432(m)(1)(D) of the Higher Education Act, as added by Pub. L. 105-244,ss. 427,112 Stat. 1702 (1998) as amended by Public Law No: 106-554 (enacted December 21, 2000) and as codified at 20 U.S.C.ss. 1082(m)(1).

  • Each such replacement Global Security that is not a Master Note shall represent one (and only one) Supplemental Obligation as requested by the Bank, and such Global Security shall be appropriately modified so as to reflect the terms of such Supplemental Obligation.

More Definitions of Master Note

Master Note means the master promissory note in substantially the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement executed and delivered by the Borrowers to the Lender under this Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
