Master Procurement Agreement or “MPA” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Boeing hereby grants to Customer an option to purchase up to four additional satellite(s) (less the number of additional satellites purchased by the Other Customer), each substantially similar to the Satellite (each an “Additional Satellite”) in accordance with Article 4 of the Master Procurement Agreement.

  • Customer may also assign its rights to the F4 Satellite to be provided under this Contract in accordance with the terms of Article 2.3(b) of the Master Procurement Agreement.

  • As such, the transactions contemplated under the Master Procurement Agreement constitute continuing connected transactions of the Company for the purpose of Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.

  • The price for any such Additional Satellite shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit B (Option Exercise Dates and Pricing) of the Master Procurement Agreement, which includes LOPS/MOPS on a dual manifest Falcon 9, training, Deliverable Data, other Deliverable Services, and one set each of DSS Software and SCIP Software.
