Master Temporary Global Note means a Temporary Global Note which is complete except that it requires:

  • Each Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note, if any, will be signed manually by or on behalf of the Issuer.

  • A Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note may be used provided that the person(s) whose signature(s) appear thereon were/was an authorised signatory/ies at the date of signing such Master Temporary Global Note and Master Permanent Global Note notwithstanding that any such person may, for any reason (including death), have ceased to be such authorised signatory at the time of the creation and issue of the relevant Tranche or the issue and delivery of the relevant Note.

Related to Master Temporary Global Note

  • Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); and

  • Permanent Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series, either on issue or upon exchange of a temporary Global Note, or part of it, and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part B or Part D of Schedule 1, as the case may be;

  • Temporary Regulation S Global Certificate As defined in Section 5.02(c)(i) of this Agreement.

  • Global Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
