Borrower shall not permit any Master Tenant to cancel or otherwise forgive or release any claim or debt (other than termination of Leases in accordance herewith) owed by any Tenant unless such cancellation, forgiveness or release is consistent with a commercially reasonable operation of the related Individual Property.
