Ground Lessor definition

Ground Lessor means, as to any Site, the “lessor,” “sublessor,” “landlord,” “licensor,” “sublicensor” or similar Person under the related Ground Lease.
Ground Lessor means each lessor that has executed a Ground Lease (collectively, the “Ground Lessors”).
Ground Lessor means the ground lessor under the Ground Lease.

  • Lender may pay an Imposition according to any xxxx, statement or estimate from the appropriate public office, Ground Lessor (if applicable) or insurance company without inquiring into the accuracy of the xxxx, statement or estimate or into the validity of the Imposition.

Ground Lessor. As defined in Section 7.3.
