Lender may pay an Imposition according to any xxxx, statement or estimate from the appropriate public office, Ground Lessor (if applicable) or insurance company without inquiring into the accuracy of the xxxx, statement or estimate or into the validity of the Imposition.
Except as set forth on Schedule 3.2(h)(ii) attached hereto or in the Delinquency Report, as of the date of this Agreement, to Sellers’ Knowledge, there exists no default by any Ground Lessor under any such Ground Lease.
