Mastercard Defendants definition

Mastercard Defendants means MasterCard International Incorporated and MasterCard Incorporated, and each of their respective subsidiaries, successors, purchasers, and assigns (including an acquirer of all or substantially all of their respective assets, stock, or other ownership interests).
