Matching Contribution Subaccount definition

Matching Contribution Subaccount means the bookkeeping account established for a Participant under Section 5.4 of the Plan to which the Company’s Matching Contributions under Section 4.2 of the Plan are credited from time to time.
Matching Contribution Subaccount means the record of the ---------------------------------- Participant's Matching Contribution Credits under Section 4.1 and earnings (or loss) thereon.

  • Upon death or the Disability of a Participant, the Participant shall be 100% vested in his or her Company Matching Contribution Subaccount.

More Definitions of Matching Contribution Subaccount

Matching Contribution Subaccount means the account established and maintained on behalf of a Participant pursuant to Section 6.2(b) with respect to the Participant's Matching Contributions.
Matching Contribution Subaccount means so much of a Participant's Account as is attributable to Employer contributions made pursuant to Section 3.01(b) of the Plan, as adjusted to reflect the investment gains (losses) and expenses attributable thereto and distributions made therefrom.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Matching Contribution means an Employer contribution made to this or any other defined contribution plan on behalf of a Participant on account of a Participant's Deferral Contribution.

  • Matching Contributions means local cash and/or in-kind contributions made by the Subrecipient, subcontractor, or other local resources that qualify as match for the Contract funding.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.
