Matching Notice definition

Matching Notice has the meaning given in clause 8.3(e).
Matching Notice has the meaning specified in Section 10.01(b)(ii).
Matching Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2(b).

  • As described in section IV.C. of this Agreement, the FCC will also publish a Matching Notice in the Federal Register to publicly disclose the establishment of this program.

  • Upon receipt of the Seller's Notice, the Surviving Corporation shall have the irrevocable and exclusive option (the "ROFR Option") for thirty (30) days to purchase all of the Offered Shares subject to the Matching Notice at the price and upon the terms set forth therein.
