Matching Share definition

Matching Share means the Applicant's share of total project costs in the form of cash, donations of equipment, materials, land and labor.
Matching Share means the proceeds of loans, cash investments, or in-kind contributions that the recipient commits to the total development or rehabilitation cost of the housing development. The Department will determine the valuation and eligibility of a proposed matching share where necessary.
Matching Share means an ADR (or fraction thereof) contributed to a Participant as a Matching Contribution and allocated to such Participant’s Share Account.

Excess Elective Deferrals shall mean those Elective Deferrals that are includible in a Participant's gross income under Section 402(g) of the Code to the extent such Participant's Elective Deferrals for a taxable year exceed the dollar limitation under such Code section.

  • Discretionary Contribution means the contribution made by the Employer on behalf of a Participant as described in Section 4.4(b).

  • Elective Deferral means the portion of Compensation which is deferred by a Participant under Section 4.1.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Matching Funds means the amount and nature of the moneys or resources to be used by the Local Political Subdivision or Nonprofit Organization for the Project. Such funds shall constitute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project set forth in Appendix D and may consist of money by any person, any Local Political Subdivision, the State of Ohio, or the federal government or of contributions in-kind by such parties through purchase or donation of equipment, land, easements, labor, or materials necessary to complete the Project.
