Material Adverse Findings definition
Material Adverse Findings has the meaning set forth in the Paragraph 6.1.1(ii).
Material Adverse Findings means those NRC or INPO findings and determinations that call into question Operator’s fundamental competence or ability to continue as Operator.
Examples of Material Adverse Findings in a sentence
Owner may, upon written notice and expiration of the Transition Period, terminate the Agreement for cause if the Operator receives Material Adverse Findings with respect to Operator’s performance under this Agreement and/or compliance with the Operating License.
