Material and Equipment definition

Material and Equipment means property, including without limitation all exploration, appraisal and development facilities together with supplies and equipment, acquired and held for use in Petroleum Operations.
Material and Equipment means goods, including, without limitation, all Exploration, Appraisal, Development and Production facilities together with supplies and equipment, acquired and held for use in Petroleum Operations.

More Definitions of Material and Equipment

Material and Equipment means personal property, supplies and equipment (including capital equipment) acquired or held for use on or in connection with the Joint Venture.

Related to Material and Equipment

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.
