Material Errors definition

Material Errors means reproducible or otherwise verifiable errors in the Licensed Product and Technology that causes abnormal termination of the Software program, loss of user data, or otherwise prevents the use of the Licensed Product and Technology for its intended purpose.
Material Errors means errors that result in any realized or unrealized losses to the Clearing Broker Account of five basis points or more. The Manager will not hold the Trading advisor liable for trade errors except as set forth in Section 14(a). The Trading Advisor will use its own records to evaluate trade and portfolio information against those of the Clearing Broker until it receives the necessary information from the Company, upon which time the Trading Advisor will use the information from the Company to evaluate the trade and portfolio information.
Material Errors means any error in the operation of, or deficiency in the functionality of an Operational Deliverable that potentially could have more than an immaterial impact on Interfront or its Clients, it being understood however, that with respect to functionality, the Contractor is only required to provide (a) the functionality described in or implied by the Performance Criteria; (b) the functionality described in the Interfront Business Requirements Document if any;

Examples of Material Errors in a sentence

  • If the IRO identifies any Material Errors, the IRO shall conduct such Additional Review of the underlying Payment associated with the erroneous Control Documents as may be necessary to determine the root cause of the Material Errors.

  • For example, the IRO may need to review additional documentation and/or conduct interviews with appropriate personnel to identify the root cause of the Material Error(s) discovered.

  • If the initial Quality Assurance Testing reveals Errors which are not Material Errors, the Telerate Version of TradeStation shall nevertheless be deemed Accepted and Omega shall commence making appropriate Modifications to correct such Errors as required by this Agreement.

  • The cost of such audits will be an allowable cost under the rate setting methodology unless there are findings pursuant to Section 12.5 (Financial Material Errors, Omissions, or Irregularities).

  • This process shall continue until the Deliverable and its Related Deliverables operate in the performance quality assurance environment without Material Errors or Deficiencies.

  • Licensor warrants that for a period of 90 days from the date of installation of the Products or until the Maintenance and Support Services commence (whichever is earlier) (the "Warranty Period") the Products and Documentation provided with those Products will contain no Material Errors.

  • If the initial Quality Assurance Testing reveals any Material Error(s), or objectively demonstrates that the Telerate Version of SuperCharts Products does not perform in accordance with the Specification in all material respects, Telerate and Omega shall, within the sixty (60) day period referred to in Subsection 3 above, jointly prepare a written list describing all such Material Errors and failures to conform in all material respects (the "Material Error List").


More Definitions of Material Errors

Material Errors means errors in software execution that cause abnormal termination of the functionality of the Translated Product on the computer; "Priority 1 Errors" mean function errors that terminate execution of the Translated Product or force the user to restart the user's computer; and "Priority 2 Errors" means function errors that do not force the user to quit the Translated Product or restart the computer, but prohibit 100% performance of the Translated Product.

  • Material Deviation refers to any contents or characteristics of the proposal that is significantly different from an essential aspect or requirement of the RFP, and : (i) substantially alters the scope and quality of the requirements; (ii) limits the rights of UNDP and/or the obligations of the offeror; and (iii) adversely impacts the fairness and principles of the procurement process, such as those that compromise the competitive position of other offerors.
