Material Governmental Investigation definition
Material Governmental Investigation means, at any time, any material governmental investigation in a country in which the aggregate net book value of the assets owned by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in such country (determined as of the last day of the Fiscal Quarter then last ended) exceeds $25,000,000.
