In conducting any audit hereunder or in making a determination following such audit, the Accounting Firm shall be directed to take into consideration all relevant aspects of the matter being audited which may include, among other things, product scope, volume levels, product complexity, regulatory requirements and Material Overhead for comparative purposes.
