Material Services definition

Material Services means Material Services Company, Inc., a Delaware company, debtor-in-possession in Case No. 02-83991 pending in the Bankruptcy Court.
Material Services means services of Executive that require one or more service days of Executive including photography, filming of videos, appearances, design work by Executive, or other services but excluding social media efforts and In-store Appearances by or on behalf of Executive.
Material Services means a service provided to you by us that is expected to take over 2 weeks in elapsed time to complete, or has a anticipated value of more than $2000.00.
