Maturity Date or Maturity means the date which falls on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Commencement Date; if that date does not fall on a Business Day, it shall be the following Business Day;

  • The Bank shall have the discretion to restrict the term or maturity dates of B/As. In no event shall the term of the B/A exceed the Contractual Term Maturity Date or Maturity Date, as applicable.
