Maturity Redemption Date definition

Maturity Redemption Date with respect to a series of Redeemable Preferred Stock means the mandatory redemption date for such series specified in Section 5(b)(i) hereof.
Maturity Redemption Date means the date which is two (2) years after the applicable Issuance Date.
Maturity Redemption Date means March 29, 2002.

Maturity Redemption Date means, with respect to each share of Series B Preferred Stock, the date on which the Corporation makes the payment in full in cash of the Maturity Redemption Price for such share to the Holder of such share.

Related to Maturity Redemption Date

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.
