Mausoleums definition

Mausoleums means any permanent building or structure (such as a mausoleum or a columbarium) in the Park containing crypts and/or niches and shall include (without limitation) the Lakeview Mausoleum and the Mausoleum of the Apostles.

  • Mausoleums, Memorials, Monuments, Museums, Residences*, Specialized Decorative Buildings, Custom Designed Furnishings.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Church agrees to abide by City Cemetery standards regarding Mausoleums, monument sizes and specifications for foundations.

  • Notwithstanding Section 4.a of this Agreement, pricing for any Mausoleums supplied by ROA shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Retailer sold or permanently closed retail stores that were operated by Retailer on the date of the Supply Agreement without opening a new store; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 9.b of the Supply Agreement, the Minimum Annual Purchase requirement described in Section 7 of the Supply Agreement is required to be adjusted downward by an amount equal to the three year average annual purchases (excluding Mausoleums) of such closed or sold stores.
